Meet Ian

I am a fully qualified clinical psychologist with over 30 years’ experience, with a special interest in helping people of all ages understand the social and psychological factors that have led to their difficulties.

I have particular expertise working with people with a history of trauma, adversity, invalidation and abuse. I also have extensive experience supporting young autistic people and those with complicated attachments, including those in care, adopted with loving ‘forever’ parents, or with care experience.

I am a fully qualified Clinical Psychologist and specialist in trauma-focused therapy. I am expertly trained in a range of models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Whether you are looking for EMDR in Norfolk or specialist autism support, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for your journey.
